About the Role
You will analyze data to identify important customer tasks to automate, act as the main customer contact, and partner with Forward Deployed Engineers on solution integrations. You will coordinate training, build and deliver demonstrations, and present results to strategic audiences.
Requirements
- 3+ years of selling and implementing complex IT solutions for customers
- Experience with AI and machine-learning systems
- Fluency in at least one backend language such as Python, Go, Node.js, or Java
- English fluency
- Problem-solving skills in ambiguous customer-facing environments
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel for on-site deployments or customer engagements
