About the Role
You will help launch Moxi robots at new hospitals by testing real routes, training staff, monitoring robots safely, answering questions, preparing sites and equipment, collecting operational data, maintaining training resources, and escalating issues to Specialists and Engineers.
Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Clear in-person, phone, and chat communication
- Organization and multitasking
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions

- Comfort with technology
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to travel across the US up to 70%
- Flexible availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call support
- Valid US driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to maintain hospital vendor credentialing
Responsibilities
- Test robots on hospital routes and report accurate feedback
- Train clinical and non-clinical hospital staff
- Monitor and assist robots safely during implementation
- Answer questions from hospital staff, patients, and visitors
- Prepare robots and sites, including request stations and map labels
- Collect data on door and elevator issues
- Maintain training materials and team resources
- Flag issues early and support Specialists and Engineers
