About the Role
You will lead the swing-shift onsite team of robot operators and technicians. You will manage staffing, handoffs, fleet service, maintenance, customer communication, issue escalation, and engineering feedback while keeping operations, testing, service, and upgrades running smoothly.
Requirements
- 2+ years of leadership experience in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, warehouse operations, or hardware deployment at customer sites
- People-management experience directing, coaching, and holding a team accountable
- Ability to work a consistent swing shift, adjust hours on short notice, and cover weekends and holidays as needed
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Judgment and execution in high-pressure situations
- Customer-facing experience
Responsibilities
- Lead the swing-shift team and own daily onsite production operations
- Manage, coach, and develop operators and technicians
- Assign work, set expectations, and provide regular feedback
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training
- Manage attendance, scheduling, and shift coverage
- Run handoffs with day and night shift site leads
- Schedule and track humanoid fleet service and maintenance
- Serve as the on-shift customer contact
- Log and escalate issues and provide testing results and engineering feedback
