About the Role

You will serve as a strategy and operations partner to Agent Development leadership. You will establish operating cadence and business-health reporting, scale enterprise agent-deployment practices, drive account expansion, analyze data for executive recommendations, and build internal AI-enabled tools and workflow automation.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy and operations at technology companies
• Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into executive-ready insights
• Experience supporting sales, post-sales, or commercial teams in strategy and operations
• Understanding of enterprise technology product deployment and expansion
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders
