About the Role
You will support strategy and operations for Agent Development across APAC. You will plan resource deployments, maintain operational systems, scale playbooks for designing and launching AI agents, identify expansion opportunities, analyze data, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and build AI-enabled internal tools and workflow automations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting or strategy and operations at technology companies
- Ability to analyze large datasets and translate analysis into executive-ready insights and business actions
- Experience supporting multidisciplinary operational teams as a strategy and operations adviser
- Written communication and executive communication skills
- Ability to structure complex problems and drive them to resolution
- Understanding of enterprise technology product deployment and expansion
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Proficiency using AI tools
Responsibilities
- Support strategy and operations for Agent Development across APAC
- Plan and optimize weekly deployment of multidisciplinary resources across customers, agent builds, and countries
- Maintain systems that provide operational transparency and support decision-making
- Define and scale playbooks for designing, building, evaluating, and launching AI agents
- Identify expansion opportunities and build repeatable post-sale growth motions
- Analyze datasets and translate findings into executive-ready recommendations
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Strategy, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Operations
- Build internal systems and automate workflows using Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex
