About the Role

You will design scalable business-operating frameworks, standards, workflows, and playbooks for use across functions and locations. You will partner with corporate functions to turn requirements into practical processes, oversee workplace-services programs, establish project-management governance and reporting, and coach regional Project Managers.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in business operations, strategy and operations, program management, PMO operations, workplace operations, or a similar cross-functional role.
  • Experience designing and implementing scalable operating processes across multiple teams, functions, or locations.
  • Experience developing enterprise standards, operating procedures, governance frameworks, playbooks, taxonomies, and documentation standards.
  • Understanding of Finance, Procurement, Legal, HR, IT, and other corporate support functions.
  • Experience translating corporate policies, controls, and functional requirements into practical operating processes.
  • Experience building or managing shared operational or workplace-services programs.
  • Program and project-management experience establishing governance, accountability, reporting, and operating rhythms.
  • Experience with portfolio reporting, KPI development, dashboards, process documentation, and project or work-management platforms.
  • Process-improvement, analytical, organizational, communication, and cross-functional influencing skills.
  • PMP or equivalent project or program-management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design and continuously improve enterprise business-operations processes, governance, templates, tools, and standards.
  • Establish taxonomy, naming, documentation, reporting, and project-structure standards.
  • Develop scalable frameworks and playbooks for Project Managers and business teams.
  • Identify process gaps, unclear ownership, inefficient handoffs, and inconsistencies and implement solutions.
  • Create training and implementation guidance and monitor process adoption.
  • Partner with Finance, Procurement, Legal, HR, and IT on practical operating processes.
  • Build and oversee workplace-services programs, including fleet, uniforms, transportation, culinary, and shared services.
  • Establish project-management methodologies, reporting standards, dashboards, KPIs, and operating rhythms.
  • Coach regional Project Managers and align their work with enterprise priorities.
