About the Role

You will oversee client orders from intake and validation through execution oversight and lifecycle management. You will resolve escalations, assess and approve complex transactions, conduct root-cause analysis, monitor risk and service metrics, support reviews, improve workflows, and coach Analysts.

Requirements

• Experience in investment operations, asset management, financial services, or a related operational environment
• Working knowledge of client order management, trade processing, account maintenance, cash movements, portfolio rebalances, or related investment lifecycle activities
• Ability to oversee complex workflows, evaluate risk, resolve exceptions, and make decisions in time-sensitive situations
• Analytical and problem-solving capability
• Experience in operational risk management, governance, audit, regulatory review, or control testing
• Communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead initiatives, share subject matter expertise, and coach colleagues

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex client order activities throughout the order lifecycle
• Serve as a subject matter expert for order management processes, workflows, controls, and procedures
• Lead resolution of escalations, operational exceptions, and high-priority client requests
• Review and approve complex transactions and escalate risks
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Monitor operational performance, service metrics, and risk indicators
• Support audits, regulatory reviews, governance activities, and control testing
• Drive process enhancements, workflow optimization, and automation initiatives
• Mentor Analysts and share operational best practices
