About the Role

You will build and lead the process architecture, controls, and governance for infrastructure and financial operations. You will standardize workflows, improve Order-to-Cash and Purchase-to-Pay processes, automate reconciliations and exceptions, establish data and control standards, and lead cross-functional transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in process transformation, controllership, finance operations, business operations, internal controls, or related fields
  • Leadership experience building or transforming complex cross-functional processes
  • Expertise in Order-to-Cash and Purchase-to-Pay
  • Experience with financial and operational controls in technology, cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or consumption-based businesses
  • Understanding of usage-based billing, metering, reconciliation, pricing, and consumption economics
  • Experience reducing manual work through automation
  • Knowledge of ERP, billing, procurement, data, and financial systems
  • Experience with automated reconciliations and exception management
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled workflow automation, anomaly detection, SOX, audit requirements, and accounting processes
  • Ability to translate complex data flows into scalable business and financial processes

Responsibilities

  • Build foundational process architecture for infrastructure and financial operations
  • Define end-to-end processes, ownership, controls, data handoffs, approvals, and escalation procedures
  • Standardize workflows and develop operating procedures, process maps, RACI frameworks, control matrices, and playbooks
  • Create transformation roadmaps for risk remediation, automation, and scalable systems
  • Lead AI-enabled automation of reconciliations, validation, monitoring, and exception management
  • Own and improve Order-to-Cash and Purchase-to-Pay processes
  • Establish token and usage-data accuracy, reconciliation, and traceability controls
  • Design scalable financial and operational control frameworks
  • Develop automation requirements for metering, pricing, billing, procurement, ERP, and data platforms
  • Establish operating metrics, risk indicators, dashboards, and cross-functional operating reviews
  • Build and lead the Process and Controls organization
