About the Role

You will own material readiness for prototype and early-production builds. You will translate demand and build plans into prioritised purchasing requirements, manage supply constraints and planning data, run material-readiness reviews, and coordinate with procurement, engineering, production, inventory, logistics, and transformation stakeholders. You will establish scalable planning processes, improve planning tools, resolve complex supply issues, and coach buyers and junior planners.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of supply, materials, or buy-side planning experience in complex manufacturing
  • Experience in prototype and early-build environments
  • Knowledge of production and demand planning
  • MRP planning experience, including netting, pegging, time fences, and lot sizing
  • Experience supporting procurement with long-lead and constrained supply bases
  • Experience in low-volume, high-mix, and NPI environments
  • Experience managing ECOs and revision control
  • Experience planning across multiple sites and regions
  • ERP or MRP system experience
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets
  • SQL
  • Power BI, Looker, or a similar BI tool
