About the Role
You will translate build schedules into time-phased supply plans for assigned commodities. You will maintain MRP data, manage inventory health, improve supplier delivery, execute engineering-change cut-ins, and provide clear-to-build and shortage views for manufacturing.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of materials, production, or supply planning experience in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Hands-on experience running MRP in an ERP system
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Working knowledge of BOM structures, lead-time management, and inventory control
Responsibilities
- Own time-phased material plans for assigned commodities
- Maintain accurate BOM, lead-time, lot-size, safety-stock, and on-hand MRP data
- Manage inventory turns and excess or obsolete inventory exposure
- Improve supplier on-time, in-full delivery through forecasts, purchase orders, and expedite actions
- Execute engineering-change phase-in and phase-out plans
- Provide weekly clear-to-build and shortage views
