About the Role
You will administer SaaS contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor billing disputes. You will maintain accurate software-asset records, reconcile licenses against usage and Okta data, identify compliance risks, support access-control evidence, and deliver utilization findings that inform renewal negotiations.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in procurement operations, IT asset management, vendor management, or a comparable role
- Experience with invoices, purchase orders, disputes, usage-data reconciliation, and license counts
- Working knowledge of NetSuite or a comparable ERP or procure-to-pay system
- Process-building capability
Responsibilities
- Administer post-signature SaaS contracts and monitor key dates
- Create and manage SaaS purchase orders
- Receive invoices, perform three-way matching, and resolve discrepancies
- Resolve vendor billing disputes
- Maintain an inventory of licensed, deployed, and used software
- Reconcile licenses against SSO login data and usage telemetry
- Track license true-up exposure and compliance risks
- Maintain the SaaS asset system of record
- Support access reviews and SOX/ITGC evidence requests
- Deliver utilization and billing findings for renewal negotiations
