About the Role

You will support technology asset lifecycles, component sourcing, and data center infrastructure logistics. You will coordinate with vendors, track hardware orders and inventory, analyze supply chain processes and market data, assist with finance activities, and complete supply chain projects.

Requirements

• Be a junior or senior college student pursuing Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Economics, or a related field
• Demonstrate interest in supply chain management in a technology or engineering environment
• Demonstrate proficiency in Excel
• Demonstrate analytical, written communication, verbal communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
• Have familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite
• Understand procurement functions, vendor management, or hardware lifecycles
• Demonstrate interest in AI infrastructure, data centers, or semiconductor technology
• Have authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Assist with vendor onboarding and coordinate communications with technology vendors, component manufacturers, and cloud infrastructure partners
• Support order receiving, tracking, and inventory management of hardware assets
• Analyze supply chain processes and identify efficiency opportunities for hardware logistics and data center deliveries
• Track and report market trends, pricing, and lead times for semiconductor components
• Assist Accounting and Finance with cashflow forecasting, budgeting, and invoice management
• Shadow supply chain leaders to learn procurement, vendor negotiation, and supply chain leadership
• Take ownership of small projects that improve supply chain redundancy and agility
