About the Role

You will coordinate domestic and international shipments, issue and track purchase orders, manage vendor communication, maintain inventory records, support customs clearance, and work with technical, site operations, and finance stakeholders to align hardware requirements and invoice processing.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics coordination, procurement, or inventory management in Norway
  • Degree or vocational certification in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
  • ERP systems
  • SAP, NetSuite, or Dynamics 365
  • Ticketing and inventory tools
  • Norwegian import and export regulations
  • Incoterms
  • Customs documentation
  • Excel
  • Data analysis
  • Professional English fluency

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and track domestic and international freight
  • Issue purchase orders and track supplier confirmations and delivery dates
  • Follow up on delayed shipments and discrepancies
  • Manage daily communication with logistics providers, vendors, and contractors
  • Evaluate vendor lead times, pricing, and reliability
  • Maintain inventory records and reconcile physical stock with system records
  • Track spare-parts levels across locations
  • Coordinate shipping documentation, customs clearance, and tax or VAT declarations
  • Coordinate hardware needs, lead times, and invoice processing with internal stakeholders
