About the Role
You will lead business operations and cross-functional delivery for workplace programs. You will establish planning and governance frameworks, direct capital-project delivery, manage portfolio controls and financial planning, improve workplace systems and reporting, govern EHS programs, set handover standards, and lead operating reviews with partners.
Requirements
- 8+ years in workplace business operations, corporate real estate, facilities programs, or a related field
- Experience leading complex multi-site programs with substantial autonomy
- Project and program management expertise
- Experience delivering office buildouts, relocations, or capital improvements
- Experience with forecasting, reporting, portfolio data, and spreadsheet analysis
- Experience establishing planning, governance, performance measures, and systems
- Ability to lead across teams and vendors
- Ability to communicate risks and recommendations to senior leaders
- Experience handling sensitive information responsibly
Responsibilities
- Lead workplace operating planning, prioritization, resource planning, and performance measures
- Lead internal capital-project delivery for office openings, refreshes, and capital initiatives
- Direct external project managers and align internal workstreams
- Establish lease administration, obligation tracking, occupancy information, and portfolio reporting
- Drive operating and capital forecasting, commitments, actuals, and variance analysis
- Own workplace systems requirements, governance, reporting, data quality, and automation
- Lead EHS program governance and remediation follow-through
- Develop project playbooks, planning processes, and operational-readiness criteria
- Lead cross-functional operating and project reviews
- Escalate material changes with recommendations
