About the Role

You will build and run the operating model, translating strategy into execution across functions. You will lead planning cycles and business reviews, develop reporting infrastructure, launch new initiatives, resolve cross-functional blockers, prepare executive materials, and create repeatable operational playbooks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in BizOps, Strategy and Operations, or a Chief of Staff function
• At least 3 years in a leadership role managing teams or programs at significant scale
• Track record of building cross-functional operating processes from scratch
• Analytical experience with forecasting, unit economics, cohort analysis, and variance analysis
• Fluency in SQL or willingness to learn it quickly
• Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder programs without direct authority
• Structured written communication skills
• Experience operating in ambiguity and scoping unowned problems

Responsibilities

• Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles, including OKR setting, long-range planning, and quarterly business reviews
• Run weekly and monthly business reviews and build dashboards, scorecards, and reporting infrastructure
• Scope, launch, and hand off new initiatives
• Connect product, engineering, sales, marketing, and finance on cross-functional programs
• Diagnose stalled work, resolve prioritization conflicts, and drive decisions
• Prepare briefing documents, decision memos, and executive and board materials
• Identify operational inefficiencies and build execution playbooks and processes
