About the Role
You will run planning cycles, roadmap workflows, sprint planning, and operating cadences for Product and Engineering. You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, build planning artifacts, improve execution systems, and develop the internationalization operations playbook.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of Product Operations Business Operations or Program Management experience
- Experience building and scaling operational processes from scratch
- Experience with Linear Figma and Google Drive or similar tools
- Excel or Sheets proficiency
- Analytical skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Run Product and Engineering planning cycles roadmap workflows sprint planning and team initiatives
- Design and optimize product reviews retrospectives team syncs and engineering demos
- Build and maintain roadmaps planning documents capacity trackers dashboards and retrospectives
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment timelines and accountability
- Create scalable frameworks for OKRs prioritization and execution
- Analyze operational data and feedback to improve execution systems
- Build and improve the internationalization operations playbook
