About the Role

You will manage a portfolio of API customers and lead strategic operational projects. You will create account plans, improve post-sale programs, run migrations and enablement, coordinate customer communications, analyze usage and renewal signals, and build reporting, workflows, and automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy and operations, consulting, customer success, account management, or a related role.
• Experience taking ambiguous business problems from analysis through implementation.
• Analytical skills with spreadsheets, usage data, and business metrics.
• Customer relationship and conversation leadership skills.
• Ability to learn technical concepts and work with engineering teams.
• Clear writing and commercial judgment.

Responsibilities

• Manage API customer relationships and coordinate next steps across technical and commercial teams.
• Build account plans and identify adoption, renewal, and expansion risks.
• Design and improve post-sale operations, including segmentation, coverage, onboarding, health signals, and handoffs.
• Lead strategic projects for customer adoption and retention.
• Run product migrations, customer enablement, and rollout communications.
• Coordinate communications about product updates, pricing changes, deprecations, and incidents.
• Analyze usage, commitments, renewal risk, and expansion signals.
• Build reporting, workflows, and automation for customer management.
• Partner with Finance and Billing Operations on credits, commitments, and billing.
