About the Role
You will scope, align, execute, measure, and hand off cross-functional initiatives. You will redesign implementation workflows, define pricing and packaging, create product-launch playbooks, establish RevOps infrastructure, launch finance-tooling MVPs, and deliver dashboards, KPI specifications, playbooks, and update cadences.
Requirements
- 4–8 years in consulting, business operations, strategy, or founder/operator roles
- Experience leading cross-functional pricing, segmentation, rollout, or RevOps initiatives
- Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
- Ability to read SQL and BI output
- Executive communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Systems thinking and experience building cadences, SLAs, and dashboards
- Healthcare or regulated-industry experience
- Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, and Sigma
- Experience building operating cadences in high-growth SaaS startups
- Familiarity with CRM and RevOps tooling
Responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional initiatives from scoping through handoff
- Redesign implementation workflows to increase site go-live throughput
- Define and test pricing and packaging strategy
- Build product-launch playbooks for user rollout and client education
- Establish RevOps infrastructure, revenue models, dashboards, and stage definitions
- Launch finance-tooling MVPs
- Deliver project dashboards, KPI specifications, playbooks, and update cadences
