About the Role
You will own GTM workflows across marketing, sales, and customer success, from lead routing through renewals and expansion. You will keep HubSpot data trusted, deliver performance reporting and dashboards, define KPIs and quotas, automate workflows with Dust, and ship internal tools.
Requirements
- 2–5 years in revenue operations, sales operations, consulting, VC, or a comparable analytical role
- CRM fluency, ideally HubSpot
- Experience with Zapier, Make, or n8n
- Data analysis skills with Excel, Sheets, and SQL
- Project management experience
- B2B SaaS or AI/ML experience is a bonus
- Familiarity with Clay, Lemlist, Common Room, MEDDIC, or BANT is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Own GTM workflows across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- Manage lead routing, qualification, deal progression, handoffs, renewals, and expansion
- Instrument workflows to make them measurable and scalable
- Maintain clean and trusted data in HubSpot
- Deliver dashboards and reporting for EU GTM leadership
- Define and track KPIs, quotas, and performance metrics
- Build agents to automate research, reporting, and GTM workflows
- Ship internal tools
