About the Role
You will build and maintain revenue systems for opportunity management, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and renewals. You will own sales compensation and reporting, automate next-best actions, manage GTM integrations, and maintain CRM and GTM data quality.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM systems experience at a high-growth company
- Experience owning sales pipeline systems, compensation plans, forecasting, and post-sale processes
- Technical fluency with CRM and GTM tooling
- SQL skills
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain opportunity management, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and renewal systems
- Own sales compensation modeling, quota and attainment tracking, and performance reporting
- Design automations that improve follow-up discipline and deal velocity
- Partner on revenue planning and forecasting
- Manage GTM tool integrations
- Ensure data quality across CRM and GTM systems
- Develop reporting and dashboards
