About the Role
You will support revenue-operations data infrastructure and automation. You will help maintain data quality, connect customer data across systems, build and maintain dashboards and reporting, assist with data pipelines, automate manual processes, and respond to ad hoc data and operational requests.
Requirements
- Interest in Revenue Operations, data analytics, and go-to-market operations.
- Experience working with data through coursework, internships, projects, or extracurricular activities.
- Comfort with spreadsheets.
- Willingness to develop skills in SQL, Salesforce, BigQuery, Looker, or Tableau.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Ability to communicate data findings clearly.
Responsibilities
- Support go-to-market reporting, systems, and processes.
- Maintain and improve data quality across Salesforce and other systems.
- Bring together customer data across product, sales, marketing, support, and contract sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting.
- Assist with data pipelines connecting Salesforce, BigQuery, and other systems.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and operational processes.
- Support ad hoc data analysis and operational requests.
