About the Role

You will improve revenue operating processes, prepare pipeline and forecast reviews, and support business planning. You will build and maintain reporting, dashboards, data-quality processes, automation, and standard operating procedures while partnering with business stakeholders to resolve risks.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, finance, or a similar analytical role.
• Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Google Suite.
• Experience using AI tooling to streamline processes and remove redundancies.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute sales pipeline, forecast, business, and fiscal-year planning reviews.
• Design, maintain, and improve reports, analyses, and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain reporting processes and tooling.
• Maintain and improve data quality across business partners.
• Address and provide visibility into outstanding business risks.
• Resolve recurring Salesforce data, account creation, lead routing, forecasting, and dashboard items.
• Investigate and build automated solutions that reduce manual processes.
• Document and build standard operating procedures.
