About the Role
You will lead Americas product operations and logistics, customer onboarding, business cadence and revenue reporting. You will improve CRM processes and data quality, coordinate cross-functional handoffs, support sales forecasting, and help establish arrangements required to sell and ship into new Americas markets.

Responsibilities
- Direct Americas warehouse product availability, inventory planning, replenishment and allocation
- Provide sales with product availability, lead-time and logistics information
- Manage shipping, customs and trade compliance coordination, carriers and 3PL relationships
- Communicate order status and resolve delivery issues with customers
- Coordinate supply, fulfilment and expansion arrangements with global functions
- Develop and improve the Americas customer onboarding process
- Lead the weekly Americas Business Meeting and follow up on actions
- Build revenue dashboards, reporting processes and forecasts
- Define CRM data standards and required fields
- Train and coach sales teams on CRM tool usage
- Evaluate automation, analytics and quoting tools
