You will manage end-to-end GTM onboarding, facilitate live sessions, coordinate speakers, and collect feedback. You will create and maintain learning content, coordinate certifications and launches, measure programme performance, run enablement operations, manage cross-functional dependencies, and support enablement events such as Sales Kick-Off.

Responsibilities
- Manage GTM onboarding cohorts end to end
- Facilitate live onboarding sessions and coordinate speakers
- Create and maintain training materials and e-learning modules
- Coordinate certifications and enablement launches
- Maintain dashboards and reporting on onboarding, certifications, ramp metrics, and OKRs
- Run enablement OKR, roadmap, calendar, and operating-rhythm processes
- Track cross-functional dependencies and risks
- Support enablement events including Sales Kick-Off
