About the Role

You will operate the Partner Experience technology stack and improve the workflows that support implementation, adoption, support, renewal, and expansion. You will administer Planhat and Zendesk, build dashboards and reporting, analyze operational and revenue metrics, support forecasting, and translate leadership priorities into scalable processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer Planhat and Zendesk, including health scoring, workflows, triggers, routing, integrations, and reporting
• Support LMS and CMS administration for partner education and enablement
• Design, QA, implement, and improve post-sale workflows
• Build reports and dashboards for partner health, adoption, support, retention, and SLA metrics
• Support renewal and retention forecasting and analyze commission reports
• Translate Partner Experience leadership priorities into systems, processes, and reporting
• Represent Partner Experience needs in cross-functional RevOps planning
