About the Role

You will run planning cycles, roadmap workflows, initiative tracking, and operating cadences for Product and Engineering. You will build operational artifacts, coordinate cross-functional work, analyze execution friction, and improve scalable processes and outbound operations.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of Product Operations Business Operations or Program Management experience
• Experience building and scaling operational processes from scratch
• Experience partnering with Legal Product Engineering and third-party vendors
• Experience with Linear Figma and Google Drive or similar tools
• Excel or Sheets proficiency
• Analytical skills
• Written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Run Product and Engineering planning cycles roadmap workflows initiative tracking and team initiatives
• Design and optimize product reviews retrospectives team syncs and engineering demos
• Build and maintain roadmaps planning documents capacity trackers dashboards and retrospectives
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment timelines and accountability
• Create scalable frameworks for OKRs prioritization and execution
• Analyze operational data and feedback to improve execution systems
• Build and improve the outbound operations playbook with Legal
