About the Role
You will support strategic planning, evaluate portfolio tradeoffs, and analyze defense markets. You will build investment models, translate priorities into execution plans, lead integration initiatives, and track performance against milestones and KPIs.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree, 8+ years with a master's degree, or 5+ years with a PhD
- 4+ years of strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or similar experience
- Analytical and conceptual problem-solving ability
- Experience leading complex cross-functional transformations
- Financial modeling capability including unit economics, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Experience or interest in technical or regulated industries
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Responsibilities
- Support multi-year strategic planning and annual operating strategy cycles
- Evaluate portfolio tradeoffs across platforms, software, hardware, and growth areas
- Conduct market sizing, competitive analysis, and scenario modeling
- Build financial models and investment decision frameworks
- Assess market size, margins, capital intensity, payback, and risk-adjusted returns
- Translate strategic priorities into cross-functional plans with KPIs and milestones
- Lead integration efforts for acquisitions, investments, and inorganic growth initiatives
- Track performance, identify bottlenecks, analyze root causes, and recommend solutions
