About the Role
You will manage day-to-day operations across Norwegian sites from the Oslo office. You will establish standard operating procedures, ensure compliance with Norwegian labor and HSE requirements, coordinate regional teams, manage vendors and facility services, develop incident-response frameworks, and report operational performance to leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of operations leadership, site operations, or operational management experience in Norway
- Deep understanding of the Norwegian Working Environment Act and Norwegian HSE regulations
- Ability to audit operations, identify compliance gaps, and build operational frameworks
- Experience managing multi-site supplier networks, maintenance contracts, and facility budgets
- Professional fluency in Norwegian and English
- Willingness to travel frequently to regional Norwegian sites
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations across Norwegian sites and teams
- Establish nationwide standard operating procedures
- Audit and enforce compliance, HSE routines, and working-hour models
- Coordinate Oslo operations with regional site leads, technicians, and facility operators
- Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, logistics, and supply-chain needs
- Develop incident-response, business-continuity, and risk-mitigation frameworks
- Track operational KPIs and report performance and compliance updates
