About the Role
You will administer and improve Jira and Confluence, including projects, workflows, custom fields, automations, permissions, service portals, and information structures. You will simplify tooling and processes, implement scalable access management, identify platform improvements, and train colleagues to use documentation and collaboration tools effectively.

- Overhaul Jira user management and access management
- Administer Jira projects, workflows, custom fields, and automations
- Improve processes and tooling for teams and departments
- Clean up Jira architecture and remove unused legacy items
- Design scalable permissions structures
- Implement Atlassian platform tooling and features
- Overhaul Jira Service Management portals and customer-facing workflows
- Design organisation-wide Confluence structures
- Implement Confluence templates, processes, workflows, and integrations
- Train and support colleagues using Confluence
