About the Role

You will administer Electric Choice program activities, including supplier enrollment, account activity, inquiries, and issue resolution. You will research transactions, correct exceptions, maintain records, and prepare recurring and ad hoc reports. You will validate data, investigate variances, track performance trends, improve processes and controls, and support system testing and enhancements. You will coordinate with suppliers and internal operations, regulatory, billing, legal, finance, and technology stakeholders to resolve issues and communicate risks and decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, information systems, economics, engineering, a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience in utility operations, energy services, customer programs, business analysis, reporting, or a comparable analytical role
  • Ability to analyze data, reconcile discrepancies, manage details, and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Working proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard business productivity tools
  • Knowledge of competitive retail electric markets, supplier operations, Electric Choice programs, or utility billing and enrollment is preferred
  • Experience with data visualization, reporting platforms, databases, SQL, automation, or digital analytics tools is preferred
  • Experience gathering business requirements, user acceptance testing, or system implementation is preferred
  • Familiarity with utility regulatory requirements, compliance reporting, tariffs, market rules, or regulatory filings is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support Electric Choice supplier enrollment, account activity, inquiries, and issue resolution
  • Research supplier and customer transactions and coordinate corrections
  • Maintain program records, procedures, and documentation
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports
  • Validate data, investigate variances, and recommend actions
  • Track trends and performance indicators
  • Document and improve processes, controls, and procedures
  • Support system testing, implementation, and enhancements
  • Gather requirements and troubleshoot system defects with technology and operations teams
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve program issues
