About the Role

You will process client deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers across trading platforms and payment channels. You will reconcile client accounts, platform balances, and bank statements; prepare funding reports; identify unusual activity; resolve transaction exceptions and queries; support AML and regulatory checks; and analyze data to improve operational efficiency and client service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • English and Mandarin Chinese fluency
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate within a team
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Advanced Excel skills

Responsibilities

  • Review and process client deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers
  • Reconcile client accounts, platform balances, and bank statements daily
  • Prepare daily and weekly funding and account-status reports
  • Identify and escalate unusual funding activity, trading anomalies, and operational discrepancies
  • Resolve transaction issues, exceptions, and client funding queries
  • Follow regulatory requirements and support AML/CTF checks
  • Collect and analyze key statistics to improve efficiency and client service
