About the Role
You will process mandatory and voluntary corporate-action events accurately and on time. You will communicate election choices to clients, collect instructions, prepare bookings, post dividends, reconcile synthetic dividends, resolve queries and reconciliation issues, maintain static data, analyse data, automate processes, meet KPIs, and support projects.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of financial-services experience with knowledge of corporate actions
- Data analysis skills
- Advanced Excel knowledge including Macro, VBA, and Power Query
- Knowledge of risks associated with corporate-action events and client money
- Attention to detail
- Time and task management
- Communication skills
Responsibilities
- Process mandatory and voluntary corporate-action events
- Send client communications about corporate-action events and election choices
- Collect client instructions and prepare client bookings
- Post client dividends across systems
- Reconcile synthetic dividends
- Handle client and helpdesk queries
- Update static data in internal systems
- Resolve reconciliation issues
- Analyse data, produce reports, and automate processes
- Meet monthly KPIs and targets
- Support Corporate Actions projects
