About the Role
You will lead leased and partnered data center delivery at project sites, guide partners and contractors, validate deal readiness, and coordinate stakeholders from inception through operational readiness. You will manage delivery risks, report progress to executives, and improve facility-delivery processes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of site leadership experience in data center delivery, construction, or infrastructure deployment
- Understanding of end-to-end data center development, including permitting, planning, supply chain, execution, commissioning, and handover
- Knowledge of data center design and construction
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
- Ability to work with job-site trades and executive stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead data center delivery at project sites
- Develop partner, contractor, and trade capabilities
- Validate deal readiness from letter of intent through lease execution
- Coordinate landlords, developers, and internal stakeholders
- Represent infrastructure requirements in technical and operational decisions
- Drive handoffs to operational teams and rapid workload turn-ups
- Prepare executive progress reporting
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks
- Develop standardized facility-delivery processes and playbooks
