About the Role
You will manage assigned colocation transactions from opportunity screening through LOIs, contract support, approval, execution, and operational handoff. You will maintain deal records, coordinate diligence inputs, and develop repeatable leasing workflows.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of transaction-support experience in data-centre colocation, commercial real-estate leasing, infrastructure, or a related field
- Experience supporting transactions through screening, LOI, negotiation, and execution
- Financial modeling skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to prioritize concurrent deals independently
- Knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and deal-tracking or CRM tools
- Ability to travel up to 15%
Responsibilities
- Screen colocation opportunities against technical and commercial criteria
- Prepare deal summaries and comparisons for go/no-go decisions
- Maintain the colocation deal pipeline and tracker
- Coordinate with colocation providers and brokers
- Draft LOIs and term sheets and track commercial terms
- Support lease, service-agreement, and service-order negotiations
- Coordinate technical diligence inputs
- Assemble deal approval packages and risk summaries
- Manage approval and execution workflows through handoff to Operations
- Build leasing templates, checklists, and playbooks
