About the Role
You will manage agent liquidity and cash operations across Niger, ensuring agent and customer needs are met efficiently. You will lead the liquidity team, coordinate cash logistics and rebalancing, improve processes and security standards, and maintain service-level adherence with cash-in-transit firms, staff, and agents.
Requirements
- Work authorization in Niger
- Fluency in English, French, and a local language
- 5+ years of experience in cash movements, cash-in-transit, or treasury
- 2+ years of team-management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a comparable field
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time within Niger
- Customer relationship management experience
- Knowledge of agent network management
- Negotiation skills
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the liquidity team
- Develop materials for a sustainable liquidity department
- Monitor nationwide liquidity status
- Identify liquidity priorities and develop solutions
- Plan and coordinate liquidity logistics and cash rebalancing
- Manage the agent network to minimize liquidity distress
- Follow security standards and report challenges
- Perform additional duties assigned by the line manager
