About the Role
You will maintain accurate asset records and inventory operations for engineering hardware. You will receive, label, stage, distribute, reconcile, and track hardware throughout its lifecycle. You will manage replenishment and RMAs, report on inventory health, document procedures, and support audit readiness.
Requirements
- Experience in inventory, asset management, lab operations, logistics, or hardware operations
- Experience handling hardware, including receiving, labelling, staging, and stocking equipment
- Experience using inventory, asset, CMDB, ticketing, ERP, or warehouse systems
- Attention to detail when maintaining records across locations or storage areas
- Ability to use Excel or Google Sheets for filters, pivot tables, lookup functions, and reporting
- Communication and prioritisation skills
Responsibilities
- Scan and reconcile hardware assets
- Coordinate ordering and inventory replenishment
- Manage RMAs through replacement or credit
- Receive, label, stage, and distribute hardware
- Track hardware throughout its lifecycle
- Maintain stock readiness for break-fix needs
- Produce inventory health reports
- Document standard operating procedures
- Support audit readiness
- Resolve inventory exceptions and improve workflows
