About the Role

You will track hardware from ordering through decommissioning, manage daily inventory operations, and maintain accurate asset records. You will coordinate audits, manage escalations, maintain procedures and governance standards, improve warehouse processes, and work with accounting, finance, engineering, and compliance partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of warehouse and inventory management experience
• Knowledge of inventory control principles, warehouse systems, and ERP software
• Experience with NetSuite
• Inventory reconciliation experience using Google Sheets or Excel
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate warehouse equipment
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
• Attention to detail and operational discipline

Responsibilities

• Track hardware assets from ordering through decommissioning
• Manage data center asset lifecycles from receiving through retirement
• Perform inbound and outbound asset management, cycle counts, RMAs, relocations, decommissioning, and inventory management
• Document asset receipts, moves, additions, changes, and decommissioning
• Create data structures from unstructured data
• Coordinate physical inventory and asset audits
• Escalate hardware asset management operational matters
• Maintain SOPs and asset management best practices
• Verify fixed assets against infrastructure management and asset tracking systems
• Maintain data governance standards and documentation
• Drive process improvements for data center and warehouse management
• Coordinate asset management compliance with cross-functional partners
