About the Role
You will manage inbound and outbound international shipments, maintain accurate shipment and inventory records, monitor delivery performance, and resolve exceptions with logistics partners. You will review shipping documentation, report on transit and costs, support inventory control, and improve logistics processes and data quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- 2–5 years of logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain analytics, or import/export operations experience
- Experience coordinating international import and export shipments
- Knowledge of Taiwan import/export regulations, customs clearance, domestic shipping, freight forwarding, and shipping documentation
- Knowledge of air freight, ocean freight, express courier services, Incoterms, and international trade practice
- Excel or Google Sheets proficiency, including lookups, pivots, and basic modeling
- Professional written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Experience with ERP, TMS, or shipment-tracking systems
Responsibilities
- Track and manage inbound and outbound shipments from pickup through destination receiving
- Maintain accurate shipment, delivery, and inventory receipt records in ERP and internal platforms
- Monitor shipment status, lead times, and delivery performance and flag risks early
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouse partners to resolve discrepancies
- Review commercial invoices, packing lists, and Incoterms alignment
- Build recurring reports on transit times, on-time delivery, logistics costs, and exceptions
- Support inventory control across the Taiwan office, 3PL warehouses, and contract manufacturers
- Document and improve logistics SOPs and propose automation improvements
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Operations across time zones
