About the Role
You will analyze procurement spend, maintain vendor and contract records, and support RFP and RFQ processes. You will report procurement KPIs, coordinate requisitions and invoice reconciliation, support supplier onboarding and contract management, and build dashboards using ERP and analytics tools.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of procurement, supply chain, or strategic sourcing experience
- Proficiency with procurement or ERP systems
- Analytical experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools
- Understanding of data center or hyperscale hardware procurement
- Communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Familiarity with GPU, networking, or data center hardware supply chains
- Coupa, SAP Ariba, NetSuite, Tableau, or Looker knowledge
Responsibilities
- Analyze procurement data for savings, supplier consolidation, and process inefficiencies
- Maintain procurement databases, vendor records, and contract repositories
- Support RFP and RFQ processes by comparing vendor proposals, pricing, and specifications
- Track and report procurement KPIs
- Coordinate purchase requisition approvals, invoice reconciliation, and budget tracking with Finance
- Support supplier onboarding, due diligence, and performance scorecards
- Develop procurement dashboards and reporting
- Track contract renewals, compliance milestones, and deliverable schedules
- Translate hardware and infrastructure requirements into procurement specifications
