About the Role
You will manage professional-services sourcing and the full procurement lifecycle. You will lead RFP and RFQ processes, negotiate with vendors, implement category strategies, analyze spending, manage contracts and purchase orders, improve processes, and report procurement performance and savings.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of progressive procurement experience
- Professional-services procurement experience
- Strategic sourcing and negotiation skills
- Vendor relationship and contract management experience
- Category-management and sourcing-methodology experience
- Risk assessment and supplier-selection skills
- Market research, benchmarking, RFP, and competitive-analysis experience
- Procurement software and ERP system proficiency
- P2P process experience
Responsibilities
- Manage procurement and sourcing for professional-services categories
- Execute strategic sourcing initiatives
- Own the procurement lifecycle from needs assessment to contract execution
- Lead RFP and RFQ development, evaluation, and vendor selection
- Develop category-management strategies
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and supplier benchmarking
- Drive cost optimization and track savings
- Analyze spending and identify process improvements
- Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiations
- Ensure procurement-policy and regulatory compliance
- Manage purchase-order and payment processes
- Prepare procurement performance and savings reports
