About the Role
You will manage global insurance coverage for data center assets and develop supply chain and trade-finance solutions for hardware procurement. You will lead insurance and financing tenders, negotiate commercial terms, establish governance frameworks, coordinate claims, monitor market opportunities, and report on coverage, premiums, financing utilization, vendor performance, and savings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Insurance, Business, or a related discipline
- More than 5 years of commercial or corporate insurance procurement, risk financing, supply chain finance, or trade-finance experience
- Understanding of commercial insurance products and underwriting processes for high-value assets
- Knowledge of equipment leasing, inventory or receivables financing, letters of credit, and structured financing
- Experience developing procurement frameworks, vendor panels, governance policies, and risk controls
- Commercial, negotiation, and contract management skills
- Stakeholder management and communication skills
- Knowledge of data centers, cloud infrastructure, AI computing, or technology infrastructure is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Manage global insurance coverage for data center assets
- Design and execute supply chain and trade-finance solutions for hardware procurement
- Build relationships with insurance brokers, underwriters, banks, leasing companies, and financial institutions
- Lead RFP and tender processes for insurance programmes and financing facilities
- Establish procurement frameworks, governance policies, approval workflows, vendor panels, and risk controls
- Monitor insurance, trade-finance, and financing market developments
- Coordinate insurance claims with brokers and insurers
- Align insurance coverage and financing structures with business requirements
- Prepare management reports on insurance coverage, premiums, financing utilization, vendor performance, and savings
- Ensure regulatory, contractual, and internal compliance for insurance procurement and financing activities
