About the Role
You will lead inventory control across warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will manage cycle-count programs and reconciliation, develop analysts, deliver inventory reporting and dashboards, reduce discrepancies, and improve inventory flow with cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in inventory control, inventory management, logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing operations
- Experience leading or mentoring a team
- Experience managing cycle-count programs, reconciliation, variance investigations, and reporting
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Odoo
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar business intelligence tools
Responsibilities
- Lead cycle-count programs, reconciliation, and inventory governance
- Build, mentor, and develop Inventory Control Analysts
- Deliver inventory health reports, KPI dashboards, and executive analytics
- Reduce discrepancies through root cause analysis and process improvement
- Optimize inventory flow and support engineering change orders
