About the Role
You will own the hardware fleet lifecycle across sites, including receipt, deployment, spares, RMA, and decommissioning. You will set spares strategies and replenishment triggers, track fleet health and utilization, and coordinate fleet moves with packaging standards and chain-of-custody controls.
Requirements
- Experience managing a hardware fleet or asset base of tens of thousands of units
- Experience setting spares levels using failure data
- Ability to maintain audit-ready asset records
- Experience running RMA and warranty recovery programs
- Experience with GPU or server fleets
- Knowledge of DCIM and asset systems
- Knowledge of reverse logistics
- Knowledge of depreciation and capital planning
