About the Role
You will own the operational and analytical supply side of the GPU fleet. You will reconcile capacity, monitor fleet health and supplier SLAs, coordinate replacement and remediation work, pursue service credits, report operational metrics, and communicate maintenance activities across stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5 to 10+ years of infrastructure experience in the compute lifecycle
- Experience managing GPU, server, or data-center hardware suppliers
- Knowledge of fleet health, RMA processes, and contracted versus delivered capacity
- Ability to pull data, build reports, and generate insights
- Ability to work with ambiguity
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Drive suppliers to keep GPU fleet capacity online and healthy
- Reconcile contracted, provisioned, healthy, and utilized capacity
- Own replacement SLAs, MTTR, and RMA cycle times for suppliers
- Monitor SLA performance and pursue credit claims
- Drive supplier remediation plans
- Communicate supplier maintenance activities to stakeholders
- Take ownership of adjacent capacity work as operational needs evolve
