About the Role
You will partner with validation leadership to coordinate execution across validation and bring-up initiatives. You will plan and track priorities, risks, dependencies, metrics and milestones; facilitate cross-functional reviews; improve operational processes and reporting; and provide structured analysis for leadership decisions. You will support geographically distributed teams and may travel up to 25%.
Requirements
- Experience in silicon validation, post-silicon bring-up, system validation or a related engineering environment
- Understanding of hardware and software development lifecycles for complex SoC or platform products
- Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering activities
- Organisational, planning and operational coordination skills
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience creating reporting, tracking and operational review mechanisms
- Experience using collaboration, reporting and project tracking tools
- Linux and Python familiarity
Responsibilities
- Coordinate execution across validation and bring-up initiatives
- Drive organisational planning, prioritisation and operational tracking
- Improve visibility of project status, risks, dependencies and execution readiness
- Coordinate activities across validation, architecture, silicon, firmware, software and systems engineering
- Support leadership reviews, readiness assessments and status reporting
- Improve operational processes, engineering workflows and communication structures
- Track validation metrics, milestones and deliverables
- Coordinate escalation management for complex technical issues
- Organise technical reviews, planning discussions and cross-site meetings
- Develop documentation, reporting frameworks and operational tooling
- Identify resource constraints, prioritisation conflicts and execution risks
- Support onboarding and organisational scaling
- Provide structured analysis and recommendations to leadership
