About the Role

You will support customers through provider onboarding and activation, accurately manage credentials and records, and guide customers through required activation steps. You will recruit and coordinate production testers, plan and run real-world tests, gather evidence, and prepare clear test reports. You will raise actionable issues, coordinate follow-up and retesting, keep stakeholders informed, and improve playbooks, documentation, handoffs, and operational automations.

Requirements

• Follow defined processes accurately and consistently
• Manage multiple requests and test schedules while maintaining current records
• Communicate clearly with customers, testers, and identity providers
• Gather and structure feedback, screenshots, and observations into actionable reports or issues
• Understand APIs, credentials, configuration settings, and test and production environments
• Read documentation and follow technical instructions
• Escalate exceptions with useful context and handle credentials and tester information carefully
• Work comfortably in Korean and English, in writing and conversation

Responsibilities

• Run provider-specific activation workflows and manage onboarding, registrations, approvals, contracts, and credentials
• Guide customers through eID activation requirements and collect required information
• Recruit, onboard, and manage production testers
• Coordinate real-world production testing, schedules, scenarios, and tester instructions
• Collect tester feedback and evidence and produce test reports
• Raise actionable issues with reproduction steps and evidence
• Coordinate issue follow-up and retesting with Engineering, Product, and provider-facing teams
• Maintain activation, test coverage, schedule, and blocker records
• Keep customers, testers, and internal teams informed
• Improve checklists, documentation, handoffs, and operational automations
