About the Role
You will define and manage end-to-end operations for data center infrastructure. You will establish operating strategies, SLAs, incident processes, monitoring standards, and scalable procedures. You will oversee third-party deployment, commissioning, maintenance, logistics, and partner relationships while coordinating with design, engineering, and capacity planning.
Requirements
- 10+ years of data center facility operations experience in a management, engineering, technical lead, or related role
- Proven experience overseeing mission-critical systems
- Expertise in facility operations process development, including deployment, commissioning, and maintenance
- Experience managing third-party partner relationships
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
Responsibilities
- Define facility operations strategy, SLAs, incident management, and reporting methods
- Oversee third-party deployment, commissioning, and maintenance of facility infrastructure
- Set operational expectations and standards for third-party partners
- Create monitoring and incident-response standards for data center systems
- Improve equipment availability and time to market while reducing cost and complexity
- Scale operations through bill-of-materials, logistics, and physical-process improvements
- Manage partner relationships
