About the Role
You will define commissioning and bring-up processes for AI data centers, coordinate with design and hardware teams, oversee installation and operational readiness, manage infrastructure monitoring and maintenance, develop staffing plans, and enforce downtime procedures and service-level agreements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of large-scale data center facility operations, commissioning, or critical infrastructure engineering experience
- Knowledge of liquid-cooled IT systems, including CDU and manifold design, bring-up, and servicing
- Experience improving infrastructure processes across construction, hardware, and operations
- Experience owning infrastructure deployment, maintenance, and failure recovery
- Experience responding to field issues and managing reliability through operational processes
Responsibilities
- Define and execute sequences of operations, commissioning steps, and bring-up processes
- Define deployment procedures with design and hardware teams
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and operational readiness of data center campuses
- Manage monitoring, maintenance, and quality control of data center infrastructure and liquid cooling systems
- Develop on-site operations staffing strategy
- Develop and enforce downtime procedures and service-level agreements
