About the Role
You will manage the order lifecycle, validate quotes and contracts, and ensure accurate order documentation and revenue controls. You will support deal teams, conduct audits and quality checks, lead enablement sessions, improve workflows, and collaborate on order closure and delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field
- At least two years of experience in order management, deal desk, or accounts receivable
- Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CPQ systems, Ironclad, and NetSuite
- Understanding of SaaS business models, ARR/MRR, and revenue recognition
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle
- Check product configuration, pricing, discounts, contract terms, and customer information
- Review contracts, pricing agreements, and commercial terms
- Support quote validation, contract review, order entry guidance, and deal-desk requests
- Streamline order workflows through automation and process optimization
- Collaborate to accelerate order closure and delivery
- Lead enablement sessions for new account executives
- Perform internal audits and quality checks
- Assist with reporting, documentation, and cross-functional operations projects
