About the Role
You will lead GTM-wide strategic initiatives, manage forecasts and KPIs, improve business performance, and establish new operating processes. You will design revenue-growth programs, deliver executive and board reporting, and align stakeholders on priorities and process transformations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant GTM or revenue operations, investment banking, management consulting, or related experience
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling proficiency
- Critical thinking and problem-solving
- Communication and presentation skills
- Ability to distill complex data for executive audiences
Responsibilities
- Design and execute GTM objectives and strategies
- Lead capacity planning, international expansion, sales segmentation, and post-sale frameworks
- Define and implement KPIs and deliver predictive insights and recommendations
- Design and lead revenue-growth programs for pipeline generation, territory management, incentives, compensation, and operations
- Deliver business reporting for GTM leadership, executive management, and the Board of Directors
- Drive cross-functional alignment and internal process transformations
